CANCELLATION POLICY

Any reservation which is canceled less than twelve hours before the scheduled pick-up time will be charged the full quoted price. Exceptions may be made only due to severe weather conditions resulting in flight cancellations, or impassable roadways. Executive Transportation Group reserves the right to cancel a trip, at no expense to the client, for severe weather conditions or mechanical issues with the booking vehicle.  A 20% deposit of the full fare will be charged to the client’s credit card upon booking. The remaining balance will be assessed at the end of the trip.

WAITING TIME CHARGES

Domestic Fights: If you meet the driver within the first thirty minutes of landing, there will be no additional charge.

International Flights: If you meet the driver within the first  sixty minutes of landing, there will be no additional charge. Any wait time after the above mentioned will be assessed on a half hour basis.  If your flight is delayed, it is the responsibility of the booking party to contact our office at (401)ETG-0706 as soon as possible. We will attempt to accommodate you, but it cannot be guaranteed.

If you are unable to locate your driver, you must call (401)ETG-0706 immediately, to avoid a full-fare charge for a “no-show.” 

DAMAGE

The booking party will be held responsible for anyone utilizing the vehicle, and causing damage.  In addition to physical damage done to the interior, or exterior of the vehicle, spilled beverages causing stains and vomit will be assessed at a minimum of $250.00.  That charge will be assessed to the booking clients credit card.   There is NO SMOKING in any of our vehicles.

LIABILITY

Executive Transportation Group is not responsible for client expenses resulting from mechanical failure, severe weather or traffic. Executive Transportation Group is not responsible for personal items left behind.   Our drivers always check the vehicles upon the clients departure, but it is ultimately up to the client to exit the vehicle with all of their belongings.  If the driver becomes aware of any illegal narcotics inside of the vehicle, he/she will terminate the ride and the booking clients credit card will be charged for the full-fare.
